PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Since 2016 up to date, Me Linda is a Sales Manager at BALTON RWANDA. She Won 35 new contracts totalling over 4 million USD with clients such as Tigo, BNR, RDB, RDF and BSC.

She Expanded Balton Rwanda’s portfolio by adding more competitive offerings, leading to incremental sales of over 580,000 USD. And she expanded internet access to 15 new regions in Rwanda by designing and configuring a new technology solution with the manufacturer.

From 2010 up to 2016, Me Linda wa a Contract Manager at TIGO RWANDA. In her duty she led the development and implementation of Tigo Rwanda’s supply chain process and system which resulted in saving of over 400,000 USD. She specified the requirements, selected the vendor, provided the data and managed the project for the implementation of Tigo’s contract managements system. Me Linda benchmarked supplier performance against global standards and worked with them to improve delivery times and inventory replenishment levels, enhance product quality and ensure compliance with Tigo’s ethical standards.

Me Linda worked at DRAKA COMTEQ, as Assistant Manager to the Director General, since 2008 to 2010. As assistant to the Director, she recovered 2 million USD in overdue fees from a delinquent client. And she asved the company over 422,000 USD by modelling and proposing new solutions for delivery logistics and splicing infrastructure equipment. Due to her performance, she was selected as permanent member of the weekly Operations Management meeting at DRAKA.

In 2009, Me Linda was the Assistant to the Chief Observer in European Union Electoral Observation Mission In Rwanda, where she worked as an administrative assistant and operations assistant in the electoral observation mission by the European Union in Rwanda for four months. Translated the final reports into English and French.

In 2007, Me Linda was a Research Assistant, and worked as a Research Assistant, searching in the files of government Ministries as well as recording witness statements to investigate the involvement of the French state in the Genocide Against the Tutsi in 1994.

From February 2018, she acted as Insolvency administrator of the Architectural Design Consultants Ltd (Reorganization of the company). At the same time she is a Council Member of the Rwanda Bar Association.
From October 2017 to October 2018, Me Ghislaine was a Legal counsel of the Bank of Kigali. Since May 2015, she worked as Insolvency administrator of the Rwandacolor Ltd.
In October 2011, she was a Receiver of Mortgage approved by Rwanda Development Board (RDB) on behalf of Equity Bank Rwanda Ltd, Banque Populaire du Rwanda, Bank of Kigali (BK), Ecobank, Cogebanque, Grofin Rwanda Fund, Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA), KCB, reason why she is good in commercial matters.
From 2009 to 2013, she has a close collaboration with Rukangira Law chambers, where she spend countless hours representing a number of commercial companies cases like: Bank of Kigali, Ecobank Rwanda, Access Bank, Rwanda Motors S.A, Rwanda Special Economic Zone Ltd, ATC RWANDA (Mercedes Benz), ROKO Construction ltd, AKAGERA Motors; and administrative entities cases like: City of Kigali and Gasabo district; insurance cases involved SONARWA, CORAR (SAHAM), SORAS.
From June 2006 to February 2007, Me Ghislaine worked with Rwanda Independent Commission to investigate the role of France in Rwanda 1994 Genocide, and she learnt a lot about criminal and investigation.
Since December 2004 to April 2006, she was a Legal Manager of Co-Design Company Ltd.
Through her career, she was gaining more experience up to now, and decide to build a leading law firm for her own, ACALEX FIRM.
